From 12-14 February 2026, a winter school will be held in Hellerup and Gladsaxe. The Schools Committee and BTI have planned two full days of good company and study on Friday and Saturday and with a soft start on Thursday late afternoon/evening at the Bahá’í Center.

On Thursday, February 12, we will officially open the winter school at the Bahá’í Center at Sofievej 28 in Hellerup.

On Friday and Saturday, February 13 and 14, we will continue in “Telefonfabrikken” – Gladsaxe municipality’s Cultural Center. We have borrowed a cozy, large and open room with access to a large kitchen, a dance hall and 2 classrooms, so we have room for everyone. There is also good parking and great connections to public transport.
The school ends on Saturday evening at Telefonfabrikken.

Program
The Winter School courses aim to help us develop our capacity to engage in uplifting and meaningful conversation with others. There is an opportunity to register for one of the following three books:

• Book 1, which introduces the basic spiritual principles and helps participants share them with friends, neighbors and family
• Book 2, where the focus is on helping participants to be able to engage in spiritual conversations about specific themes in different social settings.
• Book 14 (part 1*), where participants further develop the capacity for meaningful conversations with the aim of engaging in structured conversations in different social spaces – that is, participating in the ‘discourses of society’.

The courses are conducted in Danish and English as needed. Book 14, however, is only in English, as it has not yet been translated.

We will of course have a parallel children’s program, the content of which depends on the number / age of children and juniors present, so register the little ones and young people quickly.

To everyone, young and old, who plays a musical instrument: – please bring it!

Meals
Thursday evening we offer dinner in the Bahá’í Center, Friday and Saturday both lunch and dinner…and of course coffee/tea and treats.

Accommodation
Unfortunately, there are no overnight accommodations at the Telephone Factory. When registering for the school, we therefore ask you to answer:
1) whether you have room for overnight guests (friends in NØS)
2) whether you need overnight accommodations (friends outside NØS)

3. Participation: Thursday evening, Friday, Saturday?
4. Whether you need help finding accommodation
5. Whether you can have a number of overnight guests
6. Meals: “normal”/ vegetarian, possible allergies.

Price for participation per person: 200 kr. regardless of number of days and meals.
